Dr McAlister has completed an Allergy Degree Module through the National Respiratory Training Centre and works part time as an Allergy Specialist at Glasgow Yorkhill Hospital.

We offer the following services:
- A comprehensive assessment of the patient's history/symptoms and the appropriate
physical examination.
- Skin prick tests to confirm your sensitivity to particular allergens (ie. pollen, dust, cats).
- Blood tests where indicated (ie. peanut and other food allergies).
- Allergy desensitisation (immunotherapy), which involves a series of injections to reduce the sensitivity to allergens such as grass pollen and dust.
